When you are on the payment window where you handle the Litecoin payment, it might happen that the pay button does not work when you click it. This is due to the fact that the Litecoin URI is not recognised by your browser.

There are 2 methods to resolve this.

1. Copy the Litecoin address, which is visible below the QR-code (right above that pay button) and paste it in your wallet. That address starts with M. Do the same with the Litecoin amount.
2. This article, https://electrum-ltc.org/litecoin_URIs.html describes the way to add the URI handler to Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for the Electrum wallet. You should be able to work around that for your own wallet. Not tested by us.
